sage

Sage is an aromatic herb with an earthy flavor, often used in roasted meats, stuffings, and Italian dishes, like in my Saltimbocca. It pairs beautifully with poultry, as in my Sage Chicken, and works wonderfully with pasta or roasted lamb.
