Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken: Mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Rub over chicken thighs. Marinate 30 min (or longer if time allows).
  • Preheat air fryer: 180°C / 360°F for 3–5 min.
  • Air fry chicken: Place skin-side down in basket, leaving space between pieces. Cook 15 min, then flip skin-side up and cook 15–17 min more, until internal temp reaches 75°C / 165°F.
  • Rest: Let chicken rest 5 min before serving.
